John Everest is President of Everest Associates LLC, an organizational development consulting and leadership coaching firm specializing in improving results for organizations and individuals through people and strategic development. John has a passion for results and his diverse experience allows him to transcend industry differences to assist organizations in creating solutions to the challenges they face. His execution of results-oriented, innovative approaches enables clients to tap into their hidden potential and achieve outcomes once thought to be out of reach.

John has worked with organizations both nationally and internationally to define long term strategies, to improve effectiveness, to develop leadership skills and competencies of employees, and improve bottom line results. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University System of New Hampshire, with a B.S. in Behavioral Science. He will have completed his Masters degree in Organization and Management at Antioch University New England in Keene, New Hampshire in May of 2007.

Over his nearly 20 year professional career, he has held positions facilitating personal and professional growth and development in such areas as teambuilding, conflict resolution, group facilitation, and strategic planning. His diverse experience included positions as Executive Director of a Boys & Girls Club, Fundraiser for a national organization, Trainer and Consultant for two international companies (Project Adventure and High 5 Adventure Learning, Program Director for a social service organization, and Outward Bound Instructor. He serves on the Board of Directors for two local non-profit agencies (SEVCA and The Hannah Grimes Center) and a Chamber of Commerce, served in a local Rotary Club, and has been recognized by local business for his commitment to the community.

His facilitation assists organizations to recognize and break through their existing paradigms in order to solve stubborn problems and generate non-traditional approaches to working through difficult situations. John understands the distinction between simply conducting "training sessions" and facilitating meetings with potentially complex subject matter.

John is a public speaker on topics such as: Achieving Excellence, Managing Your Self, Time and Workspace, The Secret Weapon- Total Customer Service, A Practical Guide To Strategic & Business Planning, and Managing Your Organization Like Your Life Depends on it. He partners with individuals and organizations to improve their results in financial performance, leadership and management, customer service, and change management.

John is proud to utilize his extensive experience and skills in affiliation with Resource Associates Corporation, an international consulting firm with over 25 years of consulting experience, providing a network of nearly 600 colleagues, well tested and honed materials to adapt and customize as appropriate, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
